We are committed to maintaining the health and safety of clients and staff. We are currently offering in-person appointments only and do not conduct telehealth evaluations. We are attempting to follow CDC recommendations for COVID-19 precautions. As such, the following procedures are currently in place:

 

1) If the client or the attending provider have tested positive for COVID-19 in the 5 days prior to the appointment, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. Please inform us of any positive tests within 5 days of the appointment. You will not be charged a reschedule or cancellation fee for rescheduling due to COVID infection.

2) If a client or the attending provider have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days, but did not test positive after day 5, the appointment may proceed. We will contact clients to determine their level of comfort with maintaining an appointment in such cases.

3) If a client or the attending provider have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days and continued to test positive after day 5, masks will be required for all parties. We will contact clients to determine their level of comfort with maintaining an appointment in such cases.

We reserve the right to adjust these policies and procedures as local and national expert recommendations evolve. We would greatly appreciate your attendance to these matters as well. Please inform us of any COVID infections or exposure that have occurred within 10 days of the scheduled appointment so that we may work together to minimize risk while still attending to client needs in the best manner possible.
